The worst part of the system is trying to find a venue with the drop down menu of categories...
1 - you don't always know what specific category a venue/place is in to search for it
2 - everybody knows the NAME of the venue they want to add but there's no way to search for it
3 - some categories have a ton of pages to go through and it's a deal killer on adding venues to a date and is really discouraging.

Suggestion: Add a field to search for venue name... display results that way and make the category drop down as an advanced optional filter for the search.

Once you've entered a date there's a couple things I'd like to be able to do on edit...

1 - when I hit edit, it takes me to the search for venue page instead of the actual date description page.
It should goto the actual date page with all the copy on it so I can quick edit any grammar etc.... That page should have a link to "add venue" if they want to, not force them to add venue right away, as that'd be the less popular option.

2 - ability to sort the venues in order and remove one... right now you'd have to delete the whole date in order to rearrange a venue or remove one and switch it with another.

Basically flow/architecture and usability issues..
